I am a licensed psychologist providing individual therapy to adults in Northern Colorado and statewide through teletherapy.  My goal is to hold an affirming space for you and to be one of your greatest allies in tackling the difficulties now, and what lies ahead.  I believe that change is fundamentally necessary for growth, and I will both support you and challenge you to take steps toward your vision of your best self.
